Show Hours

  • Move-in:

    • Date: Wednesday, June 19
    • Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Details: All aircraft arrivals will be scheduled, and specific arrival times will be assigned to you by AEM International.

  • Exhibition Hours:

    • Date: Thursday, June 20
    • Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Move-out:

    • Date: Thursday, June 20
    • Time: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM

GES is the Exclusive Supplier for Advance Warehousing and Material Handling and the Official Supplier for Standard & Specialty Furniture; Customs Displays; In-Booth Labour, and Custom Signage needs that you may require for your booth. ConsultExpo Inc. has been appointed as official Customs Broker and will be pleased to assist with the customs clearance of your display material. AEM International has been appointed as official manager of static display services and will be pleased to support you with aircraft towing, detailing, electrical and related services. Orders can be placed via the provided PDF forms below.
