Call for Speakers – CBAA 2026 Convention & Exhibition

June 9 – 11, 2026 | Calgary, Alberta


The Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA) is now accepting speaker proposals for our 2026 Convention & Exhibition, taking place June 9–11, 2026, in Calgary, Alberta. If you are a subject matter expert, thought leader, or industry professional with insights to share, we invite you to submit your interest in presenting. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Canada's largest business aviation event and connect with a national audience of industry stakeholders.

Important Information:
  • Submission open: Monday November 3, 2025
  • Deadline to submit: Friday, December 12, 2025
  • Speaker notification: By end of February 2026
  • Registration requirement: All selected speakers must register by May 1, 2026
  • Speaker benefit: Selected speakers will receive a complimentary registration for the convention (Fun Night is not included) 
  • Travel & accommodation: All speakers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Format: Speakers may be grouped with other experts to participate in panel discussions.

Please note: By submitting your name, you are confirming your availability for the duration of the convention dates (June 10-11, 2026). We welcome diverse perspectives across all areas of business aviation, the following are the 5 main topics we're looking for:
