CBAA mourns the loss of two business aviation leaders

CBAA is saddened by the loss of two esteemed colleagues and friends.

Ed Jordan,  a former member, director and Honorary Lifetime Member of the CBAA dedicated 45 years to the highest standards of aviation. Among his many accomplishments, he was a member of the Nav Canada Advisory Committee; SAC industry service award, and sponsored the SIAST Aviation Leadership Award. Ed was a member of CBAA, COPA, AOPA, EAA, SAC, among others.  Ed was also very much involved in the POC program and was a CBAA auditor.  The CBAA is honoured to remember Ed by making a donation to Hope Air in his name.

Michael W. Hohm, ICAO Liaison at the International Business Aviation Council is remembered by IBAC Director General Kurt Edwards as “a tremendous advocate for our industry and a dear colleague to all of us at IBAC and to all our Member Associations.  He will be missed dearly, especially for his sincere dedication and passion for aviation, and his kindness that fostered so many relationships throughout the industry during his career.” You can read IBAC’s full statement here.  For details on the services to be held Thursday in Montreal, please contact Marj Rose, at comms@ibac.org

In lieu of flowers Michael’s  family asks that memorial donations be given to the McGill University Health Centre or the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital: https://muhc.ca/ways-to-give/page/donate-now-2
